TRX® Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight. With core engagement and proper form, participants will build, tighten, & tone muscles while increasing flexibility and balance. Our instructors guide you to challenge yourself by properly adjusting your body position to change resistance making class accessible for all fitness levels. TRX® is offered in many of the PowerROW classes.
