TRX® Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight. With core engagement and proper form, participants will build, tighten, & tone muscles while increasing flexibility and balance. Our instructors guide you to challenge yourself by properly adjusting your body position to change resistance making class accessible for all fitness levels.
